Good Old Pamela

Ah, Florida: I know what you’re thinking…Baywatch…People in miniature (really miniature in some cases) shorts – perfect legs mandatory, of course – rollerblading and waving and smiling constantly…People who possibly eat a little bit more than they should and Pamela Anderson, how could you forget her?…or, if you’re a man’s-man-loving woman, muscular men pumping iron. Or was that Miami beach…nevermind.

The point is that Florida, Daytona Beach especially has a reputation for Sun, sand and being quite a cool place to go. It should come as no surprise, then, that the following video is all about this place (although I must warn you now: there is no Pamela Anderson or miniature shorts action): http://www.enigin.tv/2009/12/enigin-in-daytona-beach-2/
I know, I know, forgive me, energy saving probably isn’t the first thing that you might associate with Daytona Beach, but this video is worth a look if you’re into your energy saving and want to see just how a modern company specializing in the field goes about its work abroad and want to know how Enigin Marketing works.

And I don’t mind saying that I am very jealous… Of course, we could have our very own Daytona Beach in the future if we keep slowly boiling our wonderful planet: Cromer might seem boring right now, but give it another twenty years and it’ll be just as hot as Florida. Which should concern you, if it doesn’t. While it would be nice to have that much Sun here in the UK let’s not forget that it’s better to have Cromer and all our other English beaches as they are than have a world which just gets hotter and hotter every year…
